It’s quick and simple to place your order online. Find the product(s) you would like to buy, click on the ‘Add to cart’ button and you can either continue shopping or once ready to purchase click ‘My Basket’. You will need to enter your address and payment details. You can purchase Mira Showers, parts and accessories including a range of shower spare parts. Our full range of shower spare parts can be purchased through our contacting us over the phone, as well as our full range of showers and accessories. How Much Will Delivery Cost?
We offer free delivery on all orders over £100. For orders totalling less than £100 we charge a flat rate of £4.50.
How long will my delivery take?
Deliveries will take approximately 2 – 3 working days when ordered before 14:30 Monday – Friday.
What Should I Do If I There Is A Problem With A Product On Delivery?

What Is Your Returns Policy?
Returning an item to us is quick and simple. If you are not happy with a product you’ve purchased, you can return it to us within 28 days for a refund however carriage will be charged. Once we’ve inspected the item, we’ll refund the price you paid, back to your original payment method.
We do our best to accept all returns, however, should an item have been installed or items removed from the box we will be unable to accept the return and will call you to discuss your options. Similarly, if the item is no longer in resalable condition, we can not take it back. Returns will normally take around 8 – 10 days for us to receive and refund your parcel – we’ll notify you once we’ve received it.
How Do I Arrange A Return?
To return your order simply contact us by calling on 02890448861 or emailing [email protected], we will need to know the date you made your purchase and address. We can arrange for a courier to collect the items from you or if preferred you can drop it off at their depot.

I Received A Faulty Item
